Automated Test Equipment (ATE) is a computer controller, which is used for testing electronic devices. This device mainly monitor the performance and functionality of the electronic devices and generating its result in different format.

We designed ATE for electronic devices which contain Integrated Circuits (IC) and also for measuring instruments/voltage/ resistance/ current.

ATE’s controlled hardware contain high efficient sensors and software which will perform, analyze and record the performance of electronic devices.

We develop testing units for:
